Legal Analysts and Consultants is retained on long-term assignments and a short-term, project basis by both law firms and corporate legal departments. Over the last several years, with the uncertainty of client needs, a less than favorable economy, and unpredictable work flows, employers of legal personnel have recognized the advantages of utilizing highly skilled contract employees, including attorneys, paralegals, project managers, litigation support specialists and project assistants. • Maintaining corporate minute books, preparing meeting notices and resolutions and drafting stock certificates
• Assisting attorneys in providing pragmatic and creative approaches to complex merger and acquisition transactions and other forms of corporate reorganization

Business plans include an executive summary (company particulars, description of the entity), history, core values and mission statement, business environment and any uniqueness to the company, market analysis and marketing plan, financial data including projected revenues and expenses, legal considerations, risks and trends affecting the business, and assumptions and conclusions.
