Legal Analysts & Consultants is owned by Linda Carrette. Linda has been employed in the legal field as a paralegal, project manager, and administrator with both small and large law firms throughout Texas, as a management consultant with a national consulting group and served as a paralegal recruiter with a Texas-based legal recruiting firm. With over twenty years experience in the legal profession, she is experienced in all aspects of commercial, insurance defense and intellectual property litigation and is experienced in transactional law pertaining to due diligence relating to securities, mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganization. Linda is also experienced in the area of intellectual property relative to the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer products industries and has experience in the development of business plans. As a project manager and legal consultant, she has conducted analyses of data for the creation and maintenance of litigation support databases and developed and implemented project specifications related to discovery, mediation and trial related activities. Linda has recruited legal personnel for law firms and corporations throughout Texas and has been actively involved and instrumental in the preparation of orientation and training materials for paralegals.
